Webinar Logistical Note

Because the online world has so much trans-antagonism, we have security turned on high in an attempt to secure the space. This means:

  • To register for the webinar, your email has to be associated with a Zoom account. Free Zoom accounts are fine. But if you are using an email that is not already registered with Zoom, your registration will be rejected.
  • To access the live webinar, you must first sign into Zoom using the email you registered with. Having the participant link is not enough. If you try to join the webinar without logging in first, Zoom gives a really unhelpful message about "commercial" accounts which makes not sense. Again, a free Zoom account is perfectly fine. Just log into that account before you attempt to join the webinar.
